This site is the live, mobile-friendly view of Robertson's WHS System. The system is three working parts: the Manual, which sets the rules, and Breadcrumb and PIMS, which prove the rules are followed. Everyone can access the system by phone or computer — workers can start with the Site Safety Journey Board, and Project Managers with the Project Managers Journey Board.

How the WHS system fits together

The WHS system is deliberately split across three places so the manual stays short, live site records stay in the site system, and assurance records stay in the review system.

What it holds Purpose
WHS Manual (this site) Corporate WHS rules — governance, duties, approval pathways, evidence requirements. Sets the rules.
Breadcrumb Inductions, licences, SWMS / SSMP / RAMS, SDS, insurances, permits, pre-starts and toolbox talks, plant registers, hazard and incident reports, site inspections. Live site administration — proves the rules were followed on the day.
PIMS Internal audits, findings, corrective actions, non-conformances, root-cause records, KPIs, LTIFR, trends, management review. Assurance and review — proves the rules keep working over time.

The manual sets the rules. Breadcrumb and PIMS prove the rules were followed.
